Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By using Gappin (web panel, web chat, site widget, messengers bots, and related services), you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

Business owners are responsible for keeping login credentials safe. Sign-in uses a web password or an optional one-time code from the messengers bot (after linking). gappin.ir and gappin.co accounts are separate and independent.

3. Content & acceptable use

• Uploaded content must comply with applicable law.
• Spam, fraud, or rights violations are not allowed.
• Owners are responsible for bot replies based on knowledge they uploaded.
• The embed widget loads only on domains the owner has allowlisted.

4. Plans & payment

Sign-up and business creation are free. Plans are purchased from the web panel via a secure checkout (including cross-realm checkout when needed). Message limits and term length follow the selected plan.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We aim for availability and accurate answers, but commercial decisions based on bot replies remain the business owner's responsibility.
