To run the service we process data such as mobile number, messenger user IDs (when a bot is linked), business-related conversation content, uploaded files (pricing, catalogs, text), widget settings (logo, allowed domains), and plan payment information.

2. How we use data

• Authentication and panel access (web password and optional bot OTP)
• Smart replies based on uploaded knowledge
• Web chat, embed widget, and messenger channels
• Ticket management and notifications
• Billing and subscription management

3. Separate systems

gappin.ir and gappin.co accounts are fully separate. Mobile numbers and data for each system are stored independently and are never merged across domains.

4. Retention & security

Data is stored with defined access levels. Platform admin and business-owner access are separated. Contact support to request deletion or correction.

5. Cookies

We use cookies or localStorage for session persistence and UI preferences (including light/dark theme and language).
