What is Gappin?

Gappin is a cloud SaaS platform for building and managing a smart support bot for each business.

The bot answers only from knowledge you upload (pricing, catalog, text) — no guessing. When it cannot answer, it can open a ticket for a human agent.

Quick start (web sign-up)

Recommended path: free sign-up on the site, create a business from the dashboard, upload knowledge files, then enable web chat or the widget.

Connecting the owner bot is optional — you can work with web login and a password only.

Go to /signup and register with your mobile number
Create a business from the dashboard
Upload pricing and text files
Copy the web chat link or widget code

Owner bot (پیام‌رسان)

Alternative path: start from the owner bot in پیام‌رسان. After creating a business, you can upload files and manage settings the same way as on the web.

If you connect the bot to your account, login codes (OTP) are sent there.

Web chat and site widget

Each business has a public chat link: /support/{public_code}

To place a chat bubble on your site, copy one line of JavaScript (gapin.js) from widget settings in the panel.

Customize color, bubble position, welcome text, and logo — no need to change the install snippet again

Knowledge and file uploads

From Business files in the panel, upload a pricing file (e.g. Excel) and descriptive text.

The bot answers only from these sources. Replacing a file updates the knowledge base.

Panel: chats, tickets, billing

The owner dashboard is where you manage every conversation — from web chat, widget, or messengers.

Chats: conversation list, history, and usage
Tickets: requests handed off to a human
Billing: buy and renew plans, view message limits
Settings: tone, welcome message, no-answer message

gappin.ir vs gappin.co

Both domains are the same Gappin service on the global server. Accounts and data are shared.

Card payments go through the Zarinpal terminal registered for gappin.co.
